The IFM Coordinator supports the facility management team in delivering high-quality, standardized services across global sites. This role ensures operational consistency, vendor performance, compliance, and strategic alignment with Micron’s workplace goals. The coordinator acts as a liaison between internal team members and external service providers, contributing to both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with GWL and RWLs to support administrative and operational functions across business lines.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations in coordination with the Global Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team.
- Maintain strong client relationship management with Micron Business Units (BUs) and site partners.
- Conduct regular audits of goods received to ensure compliance with purchase agreements.
- Contribute to the implementation of cross-functional strategies and global workplace initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrates strong ability to manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring consistency and quality across global sites.
- Skilled in coordinating third-party service providers, monitoring SLAs and indicators, and driving performance improvements.
- Communicates effectively with internal collaborators and external partners, fostering strong relationships and cross-functional teamwork.
- Maintains high standards of safety and regulatory compliance, working closely with EHS teams to uphold workplace integrity.
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supports strategic initiatives and manages timelines, resources, and deliverables for facility-related projects.
- Capable of tracking metrics, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, adjusting to changing priorities and supporting multiple sites and teams.
- Prioritizes the needs of Micron business units and site collaborators, ensuring a responsive and customer-focused approach.
- Familiar with facility management platforms (e.g., Maximo, FAMIS360) and digital tools for workflow and reporting.
