We are searching for the best talent for a Health Economics & Market Access Senior Analyst to be in Mexico City, Mexico.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, Master’s degree in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, Health Management, Epidemiology, Public Institution’s Management or MBA.
- Experience: At least 5 years.
- Languages: Fluent/advanced English
- Package: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Background in Healthcare or related with at least 5 years´ experience in Mexican Health Care Sector.
- Previous experience in submissions to public sector formularies (CNIS & Public Institutions).
- Management and analysis of information and databases (Data Analytics).
- High personal accountability, proactive with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communications skills.
- Positive attitude to be able to handle a complex, multiple stakeholder environment, internally and externally.
- Analytical profile (scientific profile is a plus), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Main functions:
- Submissions to public sector formularies (CNIS & Public Institutions).
- Provide macroeconomic, health economics, epidemiologic, access and reimbursement insights, inputs and market analysis outputs as appropriate for new business development opportunities.
- Develop and adapt economics and market information for coordinated delivery to internal, external customers and key decision makers.
- Institutional approach, strengthen external agenda to shape trends and gain business foresight.
- Access (public sector) module within LEX methodology.
- Design & develop economic tools that can be easily delivered to key decision makers by the sales force or marketing areas
- Disseminate economic evidence
- Support training in access and economic evidence for the company's internal teams.
- Implement health economics, market access and reimbursement plan and strategies for prioritized products in local markets.
- Support the VBHC and VBA in payers and providers for the Ethicon, BW and DPS in local markets.
