A private bilingual educational project is seeking a professional with warm leadership, strong pedagogical vision, and proven school management experience to take on the role of Head of Bilingual Elementary Education.
This role involves comprehensive coordination of academic, formative, and operational aspects, aligned with an educational model that fosters socioemotional development, critical thinking, and the pedagogical integration of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the academic operations of the school.
- Support the teaching team in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs.
- Ensure the meaningful use of digital tools and educational technology.
- Monitor both academic progress and emotional well-being of students.
- Work collaboratively with the psychology team, academic coordination, and administrative areas.
- Establish close and effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Supervise operational matters such as schedules, incidents, materials, and reports.
- Promote an institutional culture grounded in respect, peace, and well-being.
Required Profile
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, English Language Teaching, or related fields.
- Master’s degree preferred in Educational Leadership, Neuroeducation, Bilingual Education, or similar studies.
Languages
- Native-level Spanish.
- Advanced or native-level English (minimum C1).
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in academic leadership or school coordination roles.
- Experience managing bilingual teaching teams.
- Strong background working with families, students, and multidisciplinary staff.
- Familiarity with constructivist principles, neurodiversity, well-being, and active learning methodologies.
