We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Mexico City. You will have direct oversight of three locations within Mexico City and additional management responsibilities for six locations throughout South America. You will encompasses daily management, budget oversight, and support for employee spaces, ensuring a smooth operation of our facilities.

Facilities Management
Oversee daily operations of three primary locations in Mexico City.
Oversight of facilities at an additional six locations in South America.
Ensure all locations are well-maintained and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Oversight of all vendors relationships and vendor contract/agreements.
Coordinate with local service providers for maintenance and repair work.
Manage preventative maintenance programs.
Provide dotted line oversight to facilities personnel in other offices, ensuring standards across all locations.
Payment/PO support and routing to appropriate parties.
Stocking and ordering of supplies.
Oversee reception
Budget Management
Manage annual budgets for facilities operations.
Manage expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve spending on facilities management.
Employee Support
Provide a safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment for all employees.
Support the setup and maintenance of employee workspaces.
Address and resolve any facilities-related issues or concerns raised by employees.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee wellness and productivity projects.
About You
Experience managing office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, vendor management and coordination, and ensuring a smooth daily workflow.
Ability to troubleshoot minor issues independently and come up with effective solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish
