The Role
We are seeking a Ecommerce Marketing Intern to support the execution and operational management of paid social media campaigns (Meta and TikTok) across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, with a special focus on launching performance campaigns in new markets such as Canada and global regions.
This is a learning-by-doing opportunity ideal for students who want to build hands-on experience in performance marketing while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This internship is a great first step to gaining exposure to digital campaign management and marketing analytics across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and update campaign creatives and ad sets in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Coordinate calendar and asset execution with the content and design teams
- Support budget pacing reports and campaign performance dashboards
- Execute campaign testing (copy, formats, audiences) in the U.S.
- Conduct competitive analysis of social ads in global markets
- Flag optimization opportunities and inconsistencies to the Performance Manager
Requirements
Who You Are
You are a proactive, detail-oriented, and fast learner, eager to explore the world of digital marketing. You enjoy working with data, collaborating across teams, and have a keen eye for ad content and campaign execution.
You are:
- Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads (a plus, not mandatory)
- Comfortable using Excel
- Intermediate level of English reading comprehension
