The Role
- Define and update our value proposition to clients, according with our global definition
- Lead our new solutions definition in our LOB and across all lobs
- Lead our employee experience tools implementation with clients, being the expert user of the country.
- Participate in regional definition of our value proposition
- Supervise and provide the correct advisory to our clients and provide all the information they need to help them take strategic decisions of their insured benefits plan design and implementation.
- Develop new business strategies to meet our Growth Plan by generating the necessary sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Built strategic relationship with clients to meet our retention plan goal and obtain a good score on our NPS
- Maximize vendor and carrier relationships to drive value for our clients and optimize revenue opportunities for WTW.
- Actively participate in big prospect RFP´s, help define right quotations and value proposition
- Lead the RFP results and renewal proposal and be able to make the presentation to local and HQ contacts.
- Supervise Our value proposition is delivered to all the clients in our portfolio according with the segment and have a special attention Global client, following all the offer services in the MSA (Master Service Agreement)
- Service definition by type of client

- Create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, championship, and sponsoring of our Firm
The Requirements
- Technical knowledge of insure benefits and experience of at least 15 years.
- Placement capabilities for new products
- Deep experience of the insurance industry.
- Complete management of all technological tools and deep understanding how they work
- Professional / commercial attitude
- Leadership
- 4 years’ experience in similar position
- Capability of working well autonomously and assume leadership roles.
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to build and work in collaborative teams at all levels, across multiple practice and functional areas. Also, with multiple cultures
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues and propose solutions
- Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Being able to work under pressure
- Experience in managing his own P&L.
- Must be a very strong communicator, both written and oral. Fluent English is required.
- Must have highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills. Able to translate these solutions into action plans.
- Deep experience of the insurance industry.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver.
- Must have proven execution focus and be able to translate strategic initiatives into actions plans, objectives, and ensure the team successfully achieve these objectives
