Nuestro próximo Director de innovación digital es una figura clave y estratégica dentro de la agencia, responsable de liderar la visión, estrategia y ejecución digital integral. Este rol abarca la dirección de equipos especializados en SEO, CRM, Sitios web, IA y BI Analytics, con el objetivo de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio del cliente, fomentar la innovación digital y asegurar la excelencia en todas las iniciativas digitales. Será el principal referente digital para el cliente y para la operación local, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos de negocio y las tendencias del mercado.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Liderazgo Estratégico Digital:
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia digital integral, alineada con sus objetivos de negocio, marketing y ventas.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y optimización digital a través de un profundo entendimiento del ecosistema, el comportamiento del consumidor y las tendencias tecnológicas.
- Desarrollar hojas de ruta digitales a corto, mediano y largo plazo, priorizando iniciativas de alto impacto.
- Actuar como asesor estratégico digital para el cliente, presentando ideas innovadoras y soluciones basadas en datos.
Gestión y Desarrollo de Equipos:
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo multidisciplinario de especialistas en SEO, CRM y BIAnalytics.
- Establecer objetivos claros, KPIs y métricas de rendimiento para cada área, asegurando la consecución de resultados.
- Fomentar un ambiente de colaboración, aprendizaje continuo e innovación dentro del equipo.
- Identificar necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo profesional para el equipo.
Gestión de Relación con el Cliente y Stakeholders:
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto digital para el cliente, construyendo una relación sólida y de confianza.
- Presentar estrategias, resultados y propuestas de valor de manera clara y convincente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos de la agencia (Cuentas, Creatividad, Medios) para asegurar una estrategia integrada y coherente.
- Reportar directamente al Líder de Operaciones del país, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos generales de la agencia.
