Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
Role Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate approved strategies between Social and Publicity managers and agencies (INK and Mediacom).
- Ensure timely execution and publication of approved activities.
- Identify and integrate real-time trends into campaigns.
- Spot and communicate new partnership opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with potential partners in alignment with managers.
- Ensure campaign ideas from Publicity and Social are well integrated.
- Organize alignment meetings between Social/MC and Publicity/INK to maximize efforts and avoid duplication.
- Manage crossposting schedules and publication timelines.
- Follow up with agencies for wrap-up deliveries.
Presentation & Reporting
- Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
- Design storytelling-driven slides with synthesized elements.
- Report administrative process status to manager.
- Manage vendor onboarding and PO tracking.
- Supervise special audiovisual pieces with agencies.
- Schedule meetings or pitches with audiovisual agencies.
- Ensure final pieces align with approved concepts.
- Review subtitles and include CTA in final content.
- Monitor delivery timelines for special pieces with exhibitors and partners.
Cross-Divisional Responsibilities
Content Creator Alignment
- Validate proposed profiles from INK, MC, and Archer against target audience (core, secondary, persuasive).
- Confirm positive sentiment and flag potential backlash or negative perception.
- Ensure content aligns with the title’s tone and objectives.
- Coordinate delivery of materials and guidelines to influencers.
Content Calendar & Publication Tracking
- Ensure junket interviews and digital activities are published before release date.
- Notify managers of any pending media.
- Track progress of special pieces to meet publication deadlines.
- Coordinate influencer proposals, closures, and executions with INK and MC.
- Monitor influencer campaign performance reports with INK and MC.
Access Lists: Coordinate press, content creator, and partner access to Universal via SAFE.
Content Production: Coordinate with production houses for audiovisual content creation and delivery.
Publicity Coordination
Communication & Reporting
- Upload Publicity highlights to HO deck.
- Share global Social and Publicity strategies from HO.
- Schedule social embargoes and title review dates.
- Align trailer launch calendar.
Seeding Coordination
- Ensure address and contact lists are complete and timely.
- Coordinate shipments with agency or internal team.
Digital Campaign Planning
- Coordinate with LATAM – MC for planning, localization, and timely delivery of social materials.
- Manage Copy Deck completion with MC.
- Coordinate social proposal submissions between agencies.
Talent Transportation: Schedule transportation for star talent with Bulldog/Checking.
Glam Team Coordination: with Rebeca Troncoso.
Social Media Engagement: Coordinate social media contests, winner selection, and prize delivery with MC.

Qualifications
Hard Skills
- 1+ year of experience in entertainment, digital advertising, influencer marketing, or public relations.
- Basic understanding of the digital landscape, social media platforms, metrics, and reporting.
- Familiarity with editorial media landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- English proficiency.
- Desirable (not mandatory): Basic knowledge of audiovisual production and Adobe Suite.
