As a Representative of our Customer Success Team, you will leverage your strong communication and organizational skills to deliver a best-in-class customer experience for a defined segment of our account base. You will be a vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order management and supporting customers in achieving their production goals.
Our Team
You will be part of a dynamic Customer Success Team that interacts daily with industry-leading systems like SAP and Salesforce. This team plays a critical role in driving the success of our business by providing world-class service to customers.
What You Will Do
- Engage proactively with customers via email, phone, and Salesforce Service Cloud to address inquiries and provide timely support.
- Support the entire Order Management Process, including reviewing order documents for accuracy, verifying pricing, and ensuring minimum order quantities are met.
- Collaborate closely with Sales partners to share information and present a unified message that creates value for both Molex and the customer.
- Manage order changes within the SAP system and generate reports related to schedule agreement activities.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to contribute to continuous improvement of Customer Experience activities.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline or automate processes, fostering a culture of innovation and respectful challenge.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
