Job Description:
1. Be responsible for medical consultation services for customers and be able to solve general complaints;
2. Responsible for the customer's car arrangement in Mexico, restaurant reservation, docking accommodation and other related matters;
3. Be responsible for communication and coordination between the client and the clinic, fluent in Mandarin and Spanish, quick response, and timely problem solving;
4. Understand the maintenance and management of customer relationships, maintain old customers, and have strong customer awareness;
5. Recruitment and management of surrogates, docking with surrogate management agencies.
Job requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, major in clinical medicine and biology is preferred;
2. Those who have experience in surrogacy management institutions and reproductive centers are preferred, and those who have experience in tourism, hotel and customer service are preferred;
3. Local people in Mexico, fluent in Spanish and Mandarin, and English is preferred;
4. Stable, dedicated, punctual, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under certain pressure;
5. Have good service awareness, communication skills and team experience, and be patient and meticulous in work;
6. Have a sense of faith, strong execution, team consciousness;
7. Have a driver's license and drive skillfully.

1. Responsable de brindar servicios de consulta médica a los clientes y resolver quejas generales.
2. Encargarse de la organización del transporte de los clientes en México, reservaciones de restaurantes, coordinación de alojamiento y otros asuntos relacionados.
3. Responsable de la comunicación y coordinación entre el cliente y la clínica; debe ser fluido en mandarín y español, con capacidad de respuesta rápida y resolución oportuna de problemas.
4. Comprender el mantenimiento y la gestión de relaciones con los clientes, mantener a los clientes antiguos y tener una fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente.
5. Reclutamiento y gestión de subrogadas, en coordinación con las agencias de gestión de subrogación.
Requisitos del puesto:
1. Título de asociado o superior, con preferencia en medicina clínica o biología.
2. Se valorará experiencia en instituciones de gestión de subrogación y centros de reproducción, así como experiencia en turismo, hotelería y atención al cliente.
3. Residente local en México, fluido en español y mandarín, con preferencia por quienes también dominen el inglés.
4. Persona estable, dedicada, puntual, con fuerte sentido de responsabilidad y capaz de trabajar bajo presión.
5. Buen sentido del servicio, habilidades de comunicación y experiencia en trabajo en equipo; paciente y meticuloso en el trabajo.
6. Tener un sentido de compromiso, fuerte capacidad de ejecución y conciencia de equipo.
7. Tener licencia de conducir y habilidad para manejar con destreza.
