What You Can Expect:
Perfect Store:
- Overall responsibility for leading and evolving our Perfect Store Methodology in collaboration with Brand, Channel Customer Marketing, Sales Channels, CPFR, and Field Sales Operations teams.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize “Perfect Store” execution across all channels, driving measurable improvements in market share, brand visibility, and revenue performance, considering the brand strategies and the most important drivers from the shopper’s perspective (nationwide).
- Architect and implement data-driven POS segmentation models that deliver competitive advantage and establish market leadership across channels nationwide, and develop comprehensive execution playbooks and training programs that standardize best practices across all channels, driving consistent brand experience delivery, which will guide the FSO and Sales teams, safeguarding that brand’s distinctive creative assets and toolkits are used correctly.
- Develop POS segmentation models and propose improvement actions that give a competitive advantage in building "perfect stores." Drive P&L impact through strategic optimization, directly contributing to revenue growth targets and margin improvement initiatives
Lead Execution:
- Develop and implement Customer Marketing strategies, coordinate activities, and evaluate elements for multi-channel and multi-brand Customer Marketing execution. Focus on delivering timely and effective Brand / Channel executions.
- Bring your advanced analytical mindset to Customer Marketing, synthesizing complex market data with a long-term vision, combined with tactical execution capabilities, competitive intelligence expertise, and market trend analysis to combine Brand Strategies and Commercial acumen.
- Budget tracking for trade-related brand activities.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze ROI KPIs for all Brand execution initiatives, recommending optimization opportunities.
- Structure and organize trade visits based on KPIs and define and prepare trade visit one-pagers.
- Work across all channels to capture best practices and ensure we act upon appropriate feedback from colleagues.
- Lead and coordinate the customer marketing activity and planning calendar to ensure we have the correct timing and structure to optimise time and deliver the overall customer marketing plan efficiently and effectively.
- Support the Business Planning process as required.
Compliance:
- Actively ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices. This includes identifying potential compliance risks, developing mitigation strategies, and championing a culture of compliance throughout all customer marketing initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
- From 2 to 5 years in similar positions in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Execution Excellence, Marketing, or Sales.
- Meet deadlines while simultaneously developing, deploying, and coordinating multiple projects.
- Experience leading projects in international organizations with diverse cultures, business operations, and organizational needs.
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to build productive relationships across all levels, functions, and cultures
- Personal Skills: Team building and working under pressure, excellent oral and written communication, vision, leadership, initiative and proactivity, orientation to results, analysis, capacity for decision-making, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Languages: English conversational.
- Software skills: Microsoft Office, SAP (commercial module), Gemini, Google applications.
- Technical knowledge: information analysis, budget management, Nielsen / ISCAM reading, project management tools, profitability models, and POS materials administration.
