You and Your Job
As a Corporate Client Analyst, you will be successful by providing critical analytical and operational support to the front office team, enabling effective client coverage and high-quality credit and financial analysis.
As a Corporate Client Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts in delivering high-quality service to wholesale clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing client materials, conducting financial analysis, assisting in credit applications, and maintaining accurate CRM data. This role is designed to build your expertise in corporate banking while enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the front office team. Over time, you’ll also contribute to special projects that support the broader strategic and regulatory goals of Rabobank Mexico.

To be considered for the Corporate Client Analyst role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic financial analysis and modeling skills (e.g., understanding of financial statements, ratios, and valuation methods).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of credit risk and lending principles.
- Exposure to corporate banking or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to travel regionally and globally, up to 15%

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
