Finance Analyst - Asset Management
As an Analyst in our Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in maintaining a professional and timely reporting system for our clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize our assets performance and drive actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Updating weekly and monthly profit and loss projections on our financial reporting platforms.
- Conducting detailed expenses analysis for individual hotels and the portfolio, identifying findings and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Assisting the Senior Analyst in fulfilling client requests by conducting expenses and operations analysis or research.
- Maintaining a comprehensive bottom-line financial and operations database on our platforms.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Analyst to prepare weekly and monthly client reports drafts, analyses, and commentaries.
- Contributing to and participating in projects related to business technology and intelligence platforms elevation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis, including profit and loss statements and expenses analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and financial reporting platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Language: Fluent in Spanish required
