Growth Opportunity: Coordinador de RH
Location: San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. México
Objetivo: Coordinar actividades de Recursos Humanos como; reclutamiento y seleccion, capacitacion, soporte proyectos de implementación, organigrama, procesos relacionados con nomina, procesos de terminacion de contratos, negociaciones, servicios al colabolador.
Nivel de Estudios: Licenciatura o Ingeniería Titulado y Cedula (preferentemente en áreas de Negocios.)
Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado
Responsabilidades:
- Reclutamiento y Seleccion posiciones especializadas en Salud y Ciencias (Cobertura de 10/15 por mes)
- Atencion a Empleados
- Proceso de Prenomina
- Proceso de Organigrama
- Administracion de Recursos Humanos
- Proceso de Desvinculaciones
- Evaluacion de Desempeño
