What you’ll do?
- Communications: Advanced writing, editing, and presenting to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Channel Management: Optimize and integrate communication channels, including ownership of the DAILY platform (intranet and social channel).
- Content Strategy: Lead content creation and editorial planning.
- Project Management: Drive large-scale communication projects such as Town Halls and All Hands meetings.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize tools like Outlook, MS SharePoint, MS Teams/Live, MS Forms, Co-Pilot, Canva, and digital screens.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Apply advanced techniques to assess communication effectiveness.
- Audience Understanding: Tailor messaging to diverse internal audiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations and communications proactively.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a globally distributed team, supporting multiple business partners.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic direction.
- Strategic Thinking: Align communication strategies with business goals.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in matrixed organizations (professional services preferred).
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy.
- Professional presence and ability to advise senior leadership.
- Mastery: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms)
- Proficiency: SharePoint, metrics/analytics
- Experience: Project management, senior stakeholder management, executive interactions
