Your responsibilities
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the construction and execution of the comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring alignment with annual business objectives in terms of forecast, sales, market share, and penetration. Their role includes the development of strategic plans, portfolio management, advertising campaigns, and the implementation of activations that drive brand growth. They also work closely with key areas such as sales, trade, marketing, new product development, and global marketing to ensure efficient execution.
- Design, lead, and execute the brand strategy for the short, medium, and long term based on consumer insights and market analysis. 360 Strategy: portfolio, pricing, media, communication, innovation, distribution, in-store materials
- Monitor brand KPIs through data analysis to generate strategic insights that allow for diagnosing problems and building action plans aligned with these findings
- Maintain effective communication with multifunctional areas and leadership team, aligning the brand strategy and ensuring its proper implementation
- Develop and coordinate the team under your charge, assigning strategic projects, setting priorities, and promoting their professional development
The experience we're looking for
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing/product strategies.
- Experience with marketing campaigns management.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer health sectors.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related
- Project management and customer relationship acumen.
