Responsibilities :
Plans, schedules, monitors, evaluates and directs projects to ensure solutions sold are implemented. Produces all phases, activities, and tasks necessary for executing the project. Manages all team personnel. Ensures all time, cost, and technical objectives are met. Conducts progress reviews with client and team personnel. Provides contingency and problem resolution plans as needed. Develops and manages project change control procedures. Uses all methodologies and tools to ensure success of project.
