WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global People Analytics team within Bain’s Talent function. This team plays a critical role in shaping and scaling our people strategies by turning complex data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR systems, regional offices, and other cross-functional teams to deliver zero-defect data and strategic reporting that drives decision-making across the firm.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Analyst on the Global People Analytics team, you’ll support the build and ongoing improvement of core dashboards and data reporting—particularly for Talent Acquisition. You’ll also help respond to ad hoc analytics needs and play a hands-on role in driving data integrity and visibility for key people metrics around recruiting, headcount, surveys, and more.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using HRIS systems (Workday, Visier) and proprietary tools
- Execute accurate, timely analysis of people data with a focus on zero-defect delivery
- Support recruiting, survey, diversity, and headcount analytics, including cross-dataset insights
- Work closely with local offices and functional teams to understand data needs and deliver custom reports
- Monitor and audit data quality, supporting system upgrades and issue resolution
- Build automation and self-service reporting capabilities using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Drive process improvements in how we structure, access, and report HR data
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and Talent Acquisition to enhance reporting capabilities
ABOUT YOU
- At least 2 years in an analyst, business intelligence, or systems analyst role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Visier for data visualization
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Microsoft SQL databases
- Skilled in synthesizing data and delivering insights to varied audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree required—ideally in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, HR, or related fields
