Your role at Vantive

The Analyst, Digital & Marketing position, based in Mexico City (On-site hybrid schedule), will be responsible for supporting the Senior Digital & Marketing Manager in the planning, execution of strategies, and reporting for the Digital área for Latin America North Business (Mexico,Central America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean)

This position combines creative, narrative, and technical skills to support strategic innovation projects, digital products, and organizational culture.

What you’ll be doing

Support in the Creation of Digital Materials

  • Support the design and execution of campaigns.

  • Design or coordinate the design of executive presentations, infographics, manuals, brochures, videos, podcasts, and other visual or educational resources.

  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, or vendors as needed.

  • Support internal and external communications for the digital area: press releases, newsletters, storytelling, and updates on digital initiatives.

  • Write content for technical, medical, corporate, and/or patient audiences, as appropriate.

  • Oversee brand and narrative consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Create support materials for sales, training, institutional communications, and events.

Digital Project Management

  • Support and follow-up on administrative and regulatory tasks within the company

  • Write content for different audiences as needed

  • Oversee brand and narrative consistency across all touchpoints

  • Collaborate with IT, UX, and design to ensure a web experience aligned with strategic objectives.

Measurement, and Strategy Development

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns and trends.

  • Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, measuring key metrics such as ROI, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.

  • Propose digital marketing strategies based on data analysis, with the goal of optimizing performance and maximizing return on investment.

Reporting

  • Create clear and concise reports that summarize the results of campaigns and projects, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

  • Continuously monitor campaigns to ensure objectives are being met and make adjustments if necessary.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Design, or similar.

  • 1-3 years in similar positions (communications, digital marketing, content).

  • Experience in corporate environments, preferably in healthcare, technology, innovation, or startups.

  • Experience creating materials for sales, executive, and technical teams.

  • Knowledge of CMS environments, design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma), and automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI and Agile methodologies.

  • Courses or certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, SEO, UX Writing, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar (desirable).

  • Ability to analyze data and interpret results.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

  • Mastery of data visualization tools, such as dashboards and charts.

  • Experience creating reports and presentations.

  • Impeccable and versatile writing skills for different audiences and channels.

  • A keen eye for visuals and brand awareness.

  • Organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

  • Digital focus, results-oriented, and user experience-oriented.

  • Intermediate-advanced English (reading and writing).
