Job Description
What will you do?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager II to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for increasing penetration in existing accounts and developing new clients in the Western and Pacific regions of the country, promoting our technological solutions in security, artificial intelligence, and access control.
How will you do it?
  • Manage and expand the current client portfolio in the assigned region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bajío and Pacific.
  • Promote technological solutions such as CCTV, access control, artificial intelligence, and RFID.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate sales closing processes.
  • Maintain updated client and opportunity information in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technological security solutions.
  • Proven knowledge in selling CCTV, access control, AI, and RFID.
  • Desirable experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (ability to hold technical and commercial conversations).
  • Availability to travel frequently to Bajío and Pacific regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with mid- and high-level corporate clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives.
  • Willing to learn new skills and technologies by leading interdisciplinary projects.
