Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team! No prior experience is required, just a
strong willingness to learn and grow. This is a client-facing role perfect for individuals who are highly
organized, great communicators, and excited to help clients succeed with our product, and are eager to grow within Holly by Nimblr.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored product demos, convert qualified leads into trials and paying customers through clear, value-driven engagement.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing customer lifecycle management by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and sharing insights and best practices to drive success.
- Help ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continued growth.
- Collaborate across teams (sales, implementation, support) to enhance the client experience.
- Monitor client health, identify risks, and support renewals and upsell opportunities by analyzing usage data and key metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Perfect English C1-C2: Must be fully fluent in English, both written and spoken, to interact with U.S.clients.
- Skilled in client-facing functions like sales, customer service, customer success, retention, SDR, and/or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
- Strong analytical mind who can convert metrics into action items.
- Must be comfortable leading meetings with US-based customers.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client needs.
- Bonus: Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel occasionally.
