Purpose of the job
Sales advisor who seeks to comply with the individual sales plan and contribute to the annual Retail plan. Proactive and committed to reach and exceed the sales plan by developing new customers.
Apply the use of the available tools for the development of customers, maximizing sales considering internal processes and complete customer satisfaction.
Provide initiative and leadership on the sales floor, developing a deep knowledge regarding Herman Miller's furniture portfolio (collections, trends and new products).
Specific responsibilities
• Provide personalized advice to our clients:
o Product selection; detect customer needs to generate furniture sales, physical and digital (Whatsapp)
o Domain of product catalogue, sub-brands, manufacturing times and promotional campaigns.
o Make quotes
o Sales process | Formats | Complete documents
o Post-sale (delivery tracking)
o Daily sales report
o Product labeling on the sales floor
o Compliance with policies and procedures
o Conflict resolution
o Generate and update the customer database
o Report generation
o Attend training
• Maintenance of the image and cleaning of the Showroom:
o Product arrangement, quality assurance in furniture and request for display changes for damaged products or launches, trends.
• Main KPIs:
o Achievement of goals objectives
o Service Excellence (NPS)
o Customer satisfaction (0 complaints)
o Scope of ppt. sales (commissions)
o Correct execution of Retail processes

Person profile
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, interior design, architecture or related
• Truncated career, technical or studying bachelor's degree. Desirable
Experience:
• Minimum experience of 3 years in sales for luxury brands, boutiques or shop in shop fashion, art galleries, designer furniture, leather goods.
Preferred Skills:
• Passion for interior design and industrial design
• Results-oriented and excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office parcels
• That they live in the DESIRABLE work area.
• Low - intermediate level of English
