Transportation and Vendor Management Analyst

- Manages all aspects of billing relationships with vendors and carriers; recommends and implements process improvements.
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with the processing of invoices.
- Communicate with plants and transport planners to confirm transportation charges.
- Assist with any external audit request.
- Participates in special projects as needed.
- Provide remote support to various sites across the US and Canada.
- College degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with coursework in Accounting.
- 1+ year of experience in a Supply Chain/Operations function in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in English – oral and written.
- TMS and SAP experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
