This role will support several Tax and Treasury activities related to deadlines and report to Global Tax and local Treasury department through accurate and timely submission of information.This role will have the opportunity to learn and own the Tax reporting processes and create synergy through both departments.
Job Description
Responsible for one or more of the following:
• Perform direct reporting to Global Tax on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, based on Tax information issued by the local office
• Partner with the Finance team (AP/AR/Treasury) and other stakeholders to drive effective coordination and communication throughout Tax reporting
• Perform reconciliations between Tax and accounting information to provide accuracy on monthly Tax payments
• Perform accounting reconclliations of Tax accounts
• Support in attention Tax requirements by the local and federal authorities
• Review and book Treasury transactions such as bank fees, intercompany transactions/fundings, payroll and termination payments
• Support in bank reconciliations on a monthly and yearly basis
• Follow up and maintenance of bank accounts files, Tax archive and other physical and electronic databases related to Tax and Treasury
• Experience with and fluent in accounting systems such as Excel (advance preferred), Workday and data analysis
• Strong written, comprehension and analytical skills

• Effective and efficient time management and organization skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a high volume, dynamic, deadline driven environment while maintaining accuracy, coordinating, and performing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for 8 hours or more a day
• Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
• Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, Tax articles, laws, etc., and computer displays
Education:
• Bachelor's in Accounting
English:
• Advance English (C1 or higher)
ERP:
• Workday and/or any other ERP in Accounting Modules
