We are seeking an active student pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering, who is in their 5th year up to 1 year before graduation. This student should be eager to learn and contribute to our EHS processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement organizational changes in the incident management process (training, updating procedures, validating reports with leadership, etc.).
  • Regularize the incident process (address pending reports, audit closed reports, validate evidence availability).
  • Adjust the SAP system to begin using it as the official tracking method in LOM (instead of SHP).
  • Conduct investigations into safety incidents and contribute to process improvements.
  • Monitor and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering, from 5th year to a maximum of 1 year before graduation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in safety incident investigations.
  • Good conversational English skills.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate and work in a team. Leadership and problem-solving abilities. Service-oriented attitude.
