QUALIFICATIONS
Core Responsibilities (2–3)
- Provide operational support for monthly customer webinars, including invitation management, registration approvals, Zoom setup, live session assistance, and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate marketing-related indirect purchases (promotional items, uniforms, event services, etc.), including vendor communication, purchase order tracking, invoice reception, and monthly expense reporting.
- Content for social media: ideas and assisting with basic material capture (e.g., short videos or photos), and coordination with external agencies for editing.
Skill, Education, or Experience Requirements (2–4)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to time-sensitive tasks and deadline management.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced written and reading English skills, will be needed for internal platforms, resources, emails, and report comprehension.
- High level of responsibility and reliability to keep track of multiple open items across various marketing activities.
Nice to Have (1–2)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator or Photoshop).
- Experience or interest in supporting content creation for social media, including visual criteria and storytelling ideas.
