We are hiring a Sr. Product Manager to help us accelerate our efforts in launching a new Business Unit within Amazon Marketplace which will disrupt the way we operate in terms of supply chain, CX, cost to serve, as well as provide a differentiated customer offering.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the e-commerce or digital products space. Your exceptional product management skills, including roadmap development, agile delivery, and go-to-market planning, will ensure the timely and successful launch of innovative products in the CX, supply chain and cost to serve area.

Key job responsibilities
  • Launch new features to improve customer experience that meet local compliance
  • Establish launch metrics and success criteria to measure the performance of the newly launched features
  • Define new selection entitlement based on customer insights. Work with technical and seller account manager teams to source selection that local consumers seek.
  • Create KPI dashboard to then audit and influence the selection sourcing experience end-to-end in coordination with international teams, covering sellers registration, product safety compliance, seller listing, and localization.
  • Collaborate with multiple Tech organizations to prioritize feature development, catalogue quality and merchandising process to drive improvement of selection CX, discoverability and relevance.
  • Define and Bar-raise the Customer Experience around pricing, providing MX-specific requirements. Collaborating and influencing central teams to drive tooling improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze program metrics, establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement of customer and seller experience
  • Define tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of new features, traffic plan and proactively implement improvement measures to reach the program goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • English proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken)
  • Spanish or Portuguese proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken)
  • Excel proficiency: Advanced

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge using data management tools such as datawarehouses, SQL, Python, R.
