KEY RESPONSABILITIES
· Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies, component mounting, soldering, testing, and packaging.
· Collaborate with design and R&D teams during product development or transfer to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
· Establish and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans to ensure product quality and consistency.
· Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
· Support new product introductions (NPI), including process validation, pilot runs, and scale-up activities.
· Execution, evaluation and certification of Processes and Sample Runs
· Supplier & multidisciplinary team coordination
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies, including ISO, IPC, and other relevant standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· 7+ years of experience in Electronics, Automotive industries or related fields such as Manufacturing, Process or Product Engineer.
· Project Management or NPI expertise.
· Production lines transfer experience.
· Knowledge of PCB assembly, surface-mount technology (SMT), through-hole assembly.
· Design and validation of assembly fixtures.
- Expertise with Manufacturing Tools, Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing Principles
