Ingredion is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Sr. Analyst, Digital Enablement to lead impactful digital projects that drive automation and data insights across our operations. This role is key to unlocking value through innovative solutions and supporting functional leaders in optimizing digital technologies.
As a Sr. Analyst, Digital Enablement, you will lead and execute digital projects aligned with business goals, ensuring they meet governance standards and deliver intended value. You will support the Associate Manager and collaborate with site directors and functional leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and continuous improvement.
This role reports to the Associate Manager, IGS Digital Enablement.
What will you do:
- Mentor and support the Digital Enablement team with technical expertise in core systems.
- Evaluate team performance and contribute to strategic planning with the Associate Manager.
- Scope and develop proof of concepts for automation and data-driven solutions.
- Lead project planning including scope, budget, timeline, risk assessment, and change management.
- Develop technical solutions for functional business process leads.
- Escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and contingency planning.
- Present project updates to IGS leadership and contribute to monthly status reviews.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes.
- Benchmark and assess digital tools for applicability to IGS operation
What you will bring:
- University or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in automation tool development.
- Advanced expertise in Agile project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- High proficiency in Power BI, SQL queries, Azure Data Factory, Visual Studio, and Databricks.
