As Sourcing Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end procurement projects at our Apodaca facility. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution and closure—working closely with Category Managers, the Cost Down Engineering Team, and cross-functional partners. You will play a key role in driving successful project implementation and delivering impactful results.
- Should have strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to lead end-to-end procurement projects and drive teams to deliver desired outcomes on time
- Define deliverables, track milestones, manage risks, and implement contingency plans
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial supplier processes in NPD projects.
- Support planning, resourcing, and execution of transformation programs by applying best practices.
- Participate in project delivery reviews and meetings, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Demonstrate ownership through initiative, transparent communication, and bold decision-making focused on business results.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, supply chain, or another relevant area.
- 5+ years of experience running Global & Local Procurement Projects in manufacturing industry.
- Proven project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication.
- Team-oriented, with a global mindset and ability to work across functions and cultures.
- Hands on experience in SAP, BI and reporting tools
