Montacarguista de Embarques y Producto Terminado
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
- Realizar el recibo, traslado, almacenaje y embarque de los productos terminados, garantizar la calidad y la entrega de en tiempo y forma de los productos terminados.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ACTIVIDADES
- Realizar la revisión del montacargas asignado, mediante el llenado del checklist de mantenimiento, reportar cualquier falla al supervisor en turno.
- Realizar paletizado y flejado, durante recepción de tarimas de producto terminado del área de Envasado y Planta de Licores, para trasladar al Almacén de Producto Terminado.
- Verificar número de cajas, lotes y tarimas; cerciorarse de que coincidan con registros de envasado y sistema ERP conforme a procedimientos del área.
- Trasladar y Acomodar tarimas de Producto Terminado y Devoluciones de acuerdo a instrucciones de Supervisor y a los procedimientos de su área.
- Ejecutar ordenes de embarque utilizando los formatos y procedimientos establecidos de embarque, asegurando el FIFO y garantizando la calidad del producto a embarcar contemplando el reempaque o cambio de embalajes que se puedan dañar en la operación.
- Realizar el programa asignado de limpieza en instalaciones.
- Seleccionar y organizar la tarima de madera que resulta del proceso de carga con base a los instructivos del área.
- Ejecutar las actividades, apoyar a otras funciones como la operación de bascula y/o puestos cuando estos sean de naturaleza similar o equiparable al puesto original.
REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA
- Secundaria Terminada.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en manejo de montacargas.
- Experiencia en manejo de traspaleta eléctrica.
- Manejo de order picker.
