We are seeking a Senior Technical consultant that has extensive knowledge and experience in
designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
Top Three Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
- Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM
- Advanced English
- Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture
advanced development
- Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings
- Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by
- Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of
Mid developers
- Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best
- Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well
in consideration of Customer needs and requirements
- Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed
- Lead, educate, mentor and develop the Thirdera resources who are assigned to
- Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver
- Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project
- Partnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment
Necessary skills and experience required:
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, and
- proven experience in technical consulting roles
- Proven experience working on the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation-level preferred
- Post-graduate in Software related topics is desired
