This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
You'll deliver RFP and renewal reports to our valued clients, ensuring accuracy and insights. Our internal client database tool will become your workspace as you update policy information related to health and benefit plans across Canada.
Your analytical skills will shine as you provide clients with valuable market insights, helping them understand how their benefit programs measure up to industry competitors, including key insights and parameters like premium, claims and loss ratios. Some responsibilities:
You're entrusted with delivering high-quality support to both internal and external clients. You play an integral role within a team, collaborating closely with a project lead or operations manager. Execution of projects are aligned with SLA requirements, maintaining our reputation for meeting timelines, quality standards and outstanding client satisfaction.
Our colleagues enjoy collaborating with peers, gaining exposure to industry-leading methodologies and streamlined processes and may even interface with clients!
Your personal and technical growth is important to us, with access to training sessions and educational opportunities crafted to enhance your skills and overall effectiveness. Skills and experience that will lead to success
Colleagues in this role possess between four to six years of relevant experience and are skilled with MS Excel, including logical, financial, mathematical and statistical functions with expertise in lookups, pivot tables, dynamic pivots, dashboards and VBA coding; in fact, advanced experience with VBA coding, SQL or Python for process automation is highly valued and certification in these areas is a plus.
