Sales Development Representative
Location: On-site in Condesa, Mexico City (Hybrid eligible after 3 months)
Compensation: $3,500 USD/month base + uncapped commission
Type: Independent Contractor | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales and build pipelines through cold outreach, proposals, and direct prospecting. This is a full-cycle sales role, working closely with leadership and marketing to refine strategies and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls
- Prepare proposals and manage follow-ups until close
- Maintain CRM/ATS accuracy and track outreach activity
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach campaigns
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (agency/service-based sales a strong plus)
- Advanced English (Spanish is a bonus, not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, creative, and action-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn, Google Workspace, Slack, Upwork
