Strong knowledge of web development, including related technologies and processes.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Experience managing web projects, ideally at a web development agency or company.
Proven experience building client relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English. C1
As an Account Manager at our web development company, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our current and potential clients. Your main objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, promote our services, and contribute to the growth and retention of key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage trusted customer relationships and strategic alliances.
Identify target accounts and customers within accounts based on their business needs and profiles.
Qualify and drive sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Monitor and manage customer expectations and perceptions before and after product delivery.
Create strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies.
Act as a bridge between delivery and sales.
Manage existing accounts and assist with the creation, modification, and presentation of statements of work.
Assist with account profitability and invoicing.
Responsible for the accuracy of revenue forecasts.
