Restaurant Captain
A Restaurant Captain assists the supervisor by coordinating the guest service team's activities to provide an excellent experience while supporting the team and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the team, serving guests, and customers. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following activities to the highest standards:
- Distributing tables and tasks to team members.
- Requesting the required number of cooperating members from the Cooperative Society, as required.
- Identifying operational needs of the sector and reporting to the supervisor.
- Following procedures according to the checklist.
- Coordinating the work of all team members to maintain consistent service quality.
- Transferring goods and materials between sectors.
- Supporting the supervisor with bureaucratic matters and team development.
- Tracking monthly food and beverage inventories.
