A Recreational Attendant (art and crafts) is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by leading and supporting leisure activities. This role ensures that each activity is delivered with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, while promoting guest participation and maintaining the highest standards of service.
What will I be doing?
- Lead and carry out leisure activities for adults.
- Invite and encourage guests to participate in scheduled activities, promoting engagement and maximizing attendance.
- Set up and organize materials and equipment for each activity.
- Prepare and advance activity materials as needed.
Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a guest-oriented attitude at all times to deliver memorable moments.
