Main Functions
· Attend regular department meetings
· Make material purchasing plan according to customer service's forecast and actual material inventory
· Release PO
· RFQ and price negotiation
· Follow delivery status and material inbound
· Prepare customs clearance documents and assist declaration and customs payment
· Organize supplier invoice monthly and record payable
· Cooperation about department internal management
· Focus on important materials, follow status and solve abnormal material delivery timely.
Other Requirement
· Grade: Associate degree or above / International trade, Business Administration; Supply Chain preferred.
· Languages: Intermediate spoken and written English (assessment will be performed)
· Operate in OA system, ERP, Ariba software, 2 years working in Automotive Supply Chain, or 2 years in international procurement,
· Good at English, basic procumbent knowledge, skilled at MS Office
· Good physical and psychological well-being, good at problems recognition, capable of organization and coordination, strong job dedication and responsibility.
· Work Schedule: In person from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
