We are actively looking for a Purchase Analyst who will be responsible for the acquisition of products, services, or materials necessary for the company's operations, ensuring the best quality, price, and delivery times. Must manage supplier relationships, negotiate purchasing conditions, and ensure that purchases are made in accordance with the needs of the business units and established regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English Language.

Experience in:
- Purchasing products or services within the industry.
- Purchasing management, negotiations, and market analysis.
- Supplier management.
- Legal and tax regulations related to purchasing.
- Cost analysis and purchasing budget management.
- Manage the purchasing process, from requests for quotes to the issuance of purchase orders.
- Ensure that purchases are made within the allocated budget and that the deadlines established by internal departments are met.
- Oversee the delivery of products and services, ensuring they arrive in the agreed quantities and quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers according to quality, price, and delivery time requirements.
- Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
- Evaluate the best purchasing options in terms of cost-benefit, always seeking expense optimization.
- Participate in the preparation and review of purchase contracts, ensuring that the terms are favorable for the company. Participate in the bidding process.
- Collaborate with the warehouse department to manage product inventory, monitoring stock levels.
- Ensure that all purchases comply with internal policies and current legal, fiscal, and environmental regulations.
- Manage complaints from internal departments related to delivery times or the quality of purchased products.
- Upload payments to the system and follow up until the process is complete.
