Job Summary
This position will be responsible for customer service (demand, changes and meetings with the customer) and the scheduling plan based on the capabilities of the line, coordinating and controlling the revision of the production schedules of the plan with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of the process and the product.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and troubleshoot production scheduling issues.
- Provide customer service, order entry, and demand changes.
- Update the forecast and takt-time and develop and analyze MPS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer and business requirements.
- Develop production schedules: review of production worker workflow, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement and follow up on projects.
Education Requirement
Degree or equivalent required in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's degree in International Business, Bachelor's degree in Management or Business or related field.
Conversational English is required

Data collection and analysis
- Ability to analyze forecasts and demand.
- Work Order Data Analysis (WOP)
- Creating Production Orders
Planning: tactical, strategic
- Ability to analyze and create Takt-time.
- Ability to analyze and apply Ramp-UP based on capacity and constraints. MPS Development
Effective communications
- Negotiation skills with members of various teams.
- Effective multi-level communication skills of business needs
Troubleshooting:
- Capability for SAP Grief solutions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to solve real and potential opportunities. Knowledge and application of root cause solution tools to improve the process
The best candidates will also have:
- SAP APICS Certification
- Proficient in the use of SAP
- Proficient in Advanced Excel
Additional information:
- This position will be in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX
- Working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.
- This position will be 100% face-to-face and could be <10% of the working time will be domestic travel.
- Relocation not available for this position
