Job Description
Objective:
Drive the successful execution of strategic logistics projects—such as Footprint initiatives and SAP system migrations by leveraging cross-functional collaboration, advanced project management skills, and strong systems expertise to deliver operational improvements aligned with company goals.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
- Lead strategic logistics projects, including Footprint initiatives and SAP system implementation/migration and others related with supply chain
- Coordinate project management involving multiple areas (logistics, IT, operations, finance, sales, etc.).
- Ensure efficient execution of projects aligned with area and company objectives.
- Manage schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Report on progress and risks to management and key stakeholders.
Skills/Competencies:
- Proven experience leading complex logistics projects, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing companies.
- Experience with SAP implementation or migration (logistics modules experience preferred).
- Strong project management skills (PMO, agile or traditional methodologies).
- Ability to interact and negotiate with different departments/areas.
- Advanced proficiency in systems and technological tools (Excel, Power BI, ERPs).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).

Competencies (experiences/ Education):
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, PMO, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Specialization or diploma in Project Management (desirable, e.g., PMP certification or similar).
- Courses or training in ERP systems implementation, especially SAP.
- Additional training in agile methodologies, team leadership, and data analysis.
