Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, PA, CM, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Financials modules to support business processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to streamline financial workflows.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes through system enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Financials EBS.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Oracle EBS on the finance modules of AR, AP, GL, and PA
- Knowledge of SQL
