As a Network Supply Planner based in Molex El Salto, you will own the reconciliation of supply and demand gaps to meet customer expectations and drive capacity management for the plant. You'll facilitate S&OP activities, create and adjust the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), and serve as the single point of contact for Global Supply Planning-ensuring the plant's master production schedule aligns with company goals.

You'll join the DSS division's network supply planning group, partnering closely with production, planners, buyers, operations, global demand planning, product management, finance, engineering, quality, and SAP technical teams. Together, we support Molex manufacturing plants worldwide, from Guadalajara to Shanghai, driving end-to-end supply chain excellence.
What You Will Do
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the plant's Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), identifying short- and long-term capacity constraints and excesses.
- Chair the monthly plant S&OP review, publishing key decisions and tracking critical KPIs in advance.
- Review and authorize changes to the Master Production Schedule, monitoring plan attainment and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies for demand and supply risks, optimizing service levels and inventory.
- Manage plant master data for supply planning, ensuring accurate SAP Material Master and SD module information.
- Generate and present performance reports (e.g., delivery performance, backlog, DSI, capacity utilization), driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Strong proven experience in supply planning, including capacity modeling and S&OP processes.
- Proficient in SAP Material Master and SD modules, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence global teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and comfortable with cross-cultural collaboration.
What Will Put You Ahead
- APICS certification or Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or similar advanced planning systems.
- Background in the electronics industry or multi-national corporate environment.
- Hands-on expertise in capacity modeling (production routings, work centers, capacity hierarchies).
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
