Responsabilidades:
Solve 1st-level IT tickets
Provide proper documentation/comments to the Jira tickets the Intern has been assigned to.
Configure PCs (Laptops/Desktops) for the end-users.
Provide maintenance to PCs (Laptops/Desktops).
Requisitos:
Entry-Level English (Read, Written)
Repair of PCs (hardware and software)
Windows 11 Pro Basics
