Blackwood Administrative Solutions is looking for a remote medical professional (MD, Nurses, Dental, Psychology degrees preferred) to support clinics based in San Diego with administrative tasks, documentation, transcriptions, and translations. The position is remote and based in our office located in Zona Río, Tijuana. A strong command of medical terminology in both English and Spanish is required.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring proper coordination of appointments, review of medical records, and communication with patients—without direct contact.

Responsibilities:

• Review and organize medical records and diagnoses
• Schedule surgeries and medical appointments
• Assist and guide patients regarding their symptoms and procedures
• Maintain effective communication with physicians and clinic staff
• Provide general administrative support related to medical consultations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (minimum 70% verbal and written communication)
• Previous experience in administrative roles within clinics or medical offices (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach with patients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMRs)
