What You’ll Do
As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will:
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment (picking, packing, custom logo, and shipping), including same-day domestic and international shipments.
Manage all warehouse material activities including receiving, storage, inventory movement, and documentation. Maintain accurate inventory control, transaction records, audit compliance, and proper use of company systems and international shipping documentation.
Supervise, develop, and retain warehouse staff; ensure proper staffing levels and performance management. Guarantee employee safety through hazard assessments, EHS audits, corrective actions, and collaboration with third-party logistics and equipment vendors.
Lead the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of all warehouse activities. Review and recommend improvements to equipment, processes, layouts, and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
What You Bring
5+ years in senior leadership roles managing teams of managers and supervisors, with 8+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory control, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment operations and inventory systems; Oracle WMS experience preferred. Hands-on understanding of Lean and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt highly desirable).
Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver results with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Fully Bilingual, excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.
