With offices in Houston, Miami, and Mexico City, and global expansion underway, we are seeking a Marketing Strategist to strengthen our strategy division and elevate our international client campaigns.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Strategist will be the brains behind the campaigns—helping BrandNation and its clients create, execute, and optimize strategies that deliver measurable results. This role is responsible for crafting proposals, overseeing campaigns across markets, and ensuring KPIs are achieved. You’ll act as a trusted consultant to both clients and internal teams, guiding the strategic direction of branding, digital, and advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop brand positioning and lead generation strategies for clients across multiple industries.
- Work closely with Account Directors in our USA offices and the production team in CDMX to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
- Write and present strategic proposals, campaign plans, and pitch decks.
- Oversee active campaigns, monitoring performance across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Provide actionable insights and adjustments to keep campaigns on track and exceeding KPIs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to advise on opportunities and threats.
- Act as the bridge between creative and business outcomes, ensuring strategy drives measurable ROI.
- Report results and strategy updates directly to clients in a clear and consultative way.
- Ensure the strategies are delivered and meet the desired outcomes
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand development, or campaign management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media campaigns, lead generation funnels, and branding frameworks.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)—must be able to communicate with international clients and U.S. team.
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into insights that guide decision-making.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills.
- A balance of creative storytelling and analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with StoryBrand or similar frameworks.
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Google Slides & Presentations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
