The Learning & Culture Senior Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the organization's learning initiatives and fostering a vibrant, inclusive company culture. This role will design and implement comprehensive training programs, oversee employee onboarding, manage the internship program, coordinate engaging office events, and lead Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion. Role Responsibilities:Training & Development
Program Design & Delivery: Develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs tailored to diverse employee needs and business priorities.
Collaboration with Internal Trainers: Partner with subject matter experts and internal trainers to design, update, and deliver impactful training materials.
Effectiveness Monitoring: Measure training outcomes, analyze feedback, and adjust programs to ensure ongoing relevance and impact.
Employee Onboarding
Onboarding Strategy: Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding process that integrates new hires into company culture, values, and operational workflows.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with key departments to ensure a consistent, engaging, and informative onboarding experience.
Internship Program Management
Program Oversight: Lead the design and execution of internship programs, building a strong pipeline of emerging talent.
Mentorship & Development: Coordinate with managers to provide interns with meaningful learning experiences and career development opportunities.
Office Events & Cultural Initiatives
Event Organization: Plan and execute engaging office events that promote collaboration, community, and employee engagement.
Cultural Engagement: Implement initiatives that reinforce company values, encourage inclusivity, and foster a cohesive workplace culture.
ERGs & Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Leadership
ERG Governance: Oversee the strategy, operations, and OKR achievement of Employee Resource Groups, ensuring alignment with D&I goals.
Governance Forums: Facilitate regular forums to review ERG achievements, address challenges, and align on strategic priorities.
Strategic Alignment: Act as the bridge between ERG leadership and senior management to ensure initiatives are integrated into broader company strategies.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and develop the Learning & Culture team to deliver high-quality programs and initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates and reports on training outcomes, onboarding effectiveness, internship program progress, and ERG initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage performance metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing learning and cultural initiatives.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in Learning & Development, HR, or a related function with a significant focus on training program design and cultural initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing internship programs and onboarding processes.
- Experience in leading ERGs or diversity & inclusion initiatives is highly desirable.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of how training and culture drive organizational success.
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure training effectiveness and cultural impact.
- Ability to inspire and influence teams across various levels of the organization
