- Manage Labor Lawsuits and Alimony Trials at scale in Nemak MX.
- Ensure the correct execution of labor casuistry.
- Ensure the correct payment to suppliers and validate according to the budget.
- Benchmarking, search for best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (Required), Specialization in Labor Law (desirable), Master's Degree in Labor Law or HR or Administration (desirable)
- English Advanced.
- Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Social Security and National Social Security
- Management of labor and personnel relations
- Training and staff development
- SAP RH
- Experience: 3+ years in Negotiation in labor relations, Personnel administration, Analysis and control of information, 1+ years in Training
