Learning and Development Intern Mex
Objective
Provide support in the analysis of qualification results and assistance of technical programs and trainings.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitoring and creation of LMS programs for timely recording of training hours and indicators.
- Analysis of training results
- Support in instructional design
- Support in graduation event management
- Support in instructional design for maintenance personnel
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree student in Psychology, Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Advanced English strictly required
- Active Bachelor’s degree student, not a graduate
- From to 1 to 2 years to graduate
- Availability to go to office 3 days a week (Home office is provided the other 2 days)
